Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup building platforms for middle-market small businesses. They partner with trade organizations to provide SMBs with banking, bill pay, payroll, taxes, and AI-driven financial tools, helping small businesses manage their finances efficiently.

They are seeking a Front End Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team. The role focuses on building user-facing features with TypeScript and React, ensuring that the platform is scalable, secure, and capable of handling high-value transactions.

• Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript and React.

• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant.

• Participate in design discussions and code reviews.

• Communicate effectively within a small, fast-paced team.

• 5+ years of professional back-end development experience.

• Strong TypeScript and React skills.

• Degree from a top-tier university

• Prior experience at startups or in fintech, AI, or quantitative roles is highly valued.

• Excellent communication skills and ownership mentality.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
