A leading sports & entertainment organization in the New York market is seeking a high-performing Senior Manager, Premium Partnerships to drive premium suite and hospitality revenue. This is a senior individual-contributor role designed for a proven seller who thrives on closing high-value deals and wants significant earning potential.
Key Responsibilities· Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing premium suite partnerships
· Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and creative prospecting
· Develop tailored proposals for full-season, partial-season, and single-event hospitality products
· Deliver presentations, tours, and client meetings that convert opportunities into revenue
· Manage and grow your book of business, including renewals and upsells
· Attend events and client functions to deepen relationships and drive pipeline
Requirements· 5+ years of success selling premium, hospitality, sponsorship, or high-value B2B products
· Consistent track record exceeding revenue targets
· Strong closer mentality with a “hunter” mindset
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
· Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach to pipeline development
