In 2016, two ambitious record-breaking talent specialists, Roheel Ahmad and Scott Parsons, wanted to change the recruitment industry. Working out of a basement in London, they wanted to disrupt the recruitment industry.
They joined forces to create an evolutionary talent partnership agency, with AI and technology at the forefront, and employee hard work is recognized with world-class incentives. They have never accepted external funding; the profit is always reinvested into the company's growth. All of Scott and Roheel's determination and countless sleepless nights bring us what Forsyth Barnes is today.
Today, we are a company with over 70 individuals living through our EPIC values: Excellence, Pioneering, Integrity and Commitment. These values are what will make us achieve our goal of becoming the fastest growing organic company globally.

MAR 2016AND WE’RE LIVE!
Scouting around London for a place to call a place away from home, Roheel and Scott signed a lease on a closet-sized office near King’s Cross. FB London has come alive!
APR 2016A FRESH NEW FACE
After a few months in operations, we set up our branding! But with our client book growing rapidly, we knew it was time to add a new individual to the roster. Say hello to Samir Prince, our now Senior Vice President of Sports and Entertainment, USA).
MAY 2017FIRST INCENTIVE, LOCKED & LOADED!
Our first ever incentive trip to beautiful Barcelona. The team went above and beyond to meet their targets. They created everlasting memories while doing once-in-a-lifetime experiences!
JUN 2017LAUNCHING OUR SECTORS!
After a year in business, we looked at our client list and where they're gravitating towards. We decided to hone in on two supercharged growing industries: eTail and FinTech.
SEP 2017EARLIER THAN EXPECTED!
Our eTail sector is booming! We brought on Grant Hutchison as a recruitment consultant, now our Senior Vice President of eTail USA. To date, he’s successfully expanded the division globally!
JAN 2018OH HELLO NOTTINGHAM
We’re ready to expand! With a team of 10, we launched an office in Scott’s (and Robin Hood’s) hometown of Nottingham. Scott’s goal is to support the community that raised him.

MAR 2018MEET OUR FUTURE MD, STE!
With our offices growing, we hired a recruitment consultant named Stephen Reece. Little did we know, he would be elevating the business exponentially and would become Managing Director of our Nottingham branch.

Our leadership team sat down and redefined exactly why we were in operation. Our mission is to change the way senior recruitment is delivered through excellence, integrity, and pioneering solutions to become the fastest growing organic company in the world.
MAY 2019SCORING THE SPORTS INDUSTRY
With the industry growing, we invested money into starting a FB Sports division, placing c-level sports professionals globally such as AMG Mercedes Petronas Formula1 team, Madison Square Gardens and ATP Tour.
OCT 2019AN EXTENSION TO YOUR TEAM (AND OUR PRODUCTS!)
The needs of our clients have shifted; we created a product to solve it. We decided to launch Purpose – a product that allows us to become an extension of your team.
MAR 2020SO FRESH, SO CLEAN!
Time for an upgrade. During the pandemic, we decided it was time to invest in a state-of-the-art hub in the West Midlands. Plus, this was all handled by our new Head of Operations, Thomas White (now our Senior Vice President of Operations, USA).

JUN 2020SUPPORTING LOCAL ORGANISATIONS AT A TIME!
We promoted Brogan Lees-Collier to our Internal Recruitment Lead (now our Global Talent Manager); her passion is helping women get into recruitment. So we partnered with Women In Recruitment organisation to do just that!
JAN 2021CAN’T STOP. WON’T STOP.
We reached our biggest turnover so far, reaching £20 million in just four years!
FEB 2021WE ARE ALL OWNERS
The biggest announcement so far; Roheel and Scott decided to celebrate the team’s amazing efforts by splitting the equity equally between them and the entire team. The equity program allows each individual to help the business and work towards their personal investment!

MAY 2022WHAT A WAY TO START THE DAY!
One morning we received the biggest surprise. With the cost of living increase, Roheel and Scott gave a 10% raise to every.. single… employee. This was featured in the Financial Times, BBC Radio, and Recruiter.
JUN 2022BORN IN THE USA
We’re officially global! Five amazing employees move to New York City to launch our first US location!

We brought on department heads from different industries to take us to the next level: Clare (Director of Performance), Dominic (Managing Director), James (Head of eTail), Karl (Head of FinTech), Andy (Head of eTail), Corin (Head of Operations), James (Head of Finance) and Farah (Head of Marketing).
