Adzooma is an award-winning digital marketing platform allowing businesses to enhance their online marketing easily. Their platform helps optimise ad campaigns on Google, Facebook and Microsoft. They partnered with us to find 27 executive roles for their fast-growing business.
We were challenged to find the top 3% in the market to deliver on the high volume of roles. Each role had a particular high complex technical element. Our team needed to immerse themselves with the brand to locate the most suitable candidates.
For this extensive brief, we decided on the multi-hire approach because we needed a dedicated team of knowledgeable individuals to understand the business roles fully before beginning the search. We then worked with Adzooma to create a microsite video to gather interest from top-tier technology and data teams within the market. Our robust process and delivery function stood the test, and we drew interest, drove conversions and shared insights while demonstrating our transparent approach.
