Job DescriptionThe Account Director, Sephora North America will own the full Sephora North America portfolio. This is the largest portfolio managed by any sales leader globally within the business and sits on both the Commercial Leadership Team and the Operational Leadership Team. The role is responsible for creating the Sephora strategy, not inheriting one. The focus is on retailer excellence, smart investment decisions, stronger forecasting and planning discipline, and building a clear, brand right playbook to drive growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Sephora North America business, delivering sales and growth targets
Create and execute the Sephora strategy aligned to brand and North America priorities
Lead commercial planning across launches, range, promotions, and investment with clear ROI focus
Ensure accurate forecasting across sell in and sell out, with tight performance management
Build strong Sephora relationships and deliver effective joint business planning
Use data and insight to drive decision making and optimise performance
Partner cross functionally across North America and contribute at leadership level
RequirementsProven experience leading a Sephora US account with a strong understanding of how to win within the retailer
Strong commercial capability across forecasting, planning, spend management, and ROI
Ability to build a Sephora specific strategy rather than rely on generic playbooks
Strong stakeholder management skills with influence at senior and cross functional level
Comfortable operating at pace in a fast moving environment
Willing to travel, including quarterly Sephora and UK visits
Able to work East Coast hours regardless of location
