Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Net Revenue Management (NRM) professional to join on a contract basis for approximately 4 to 6 months. The position prioritizes pricing strategy, promotional planning, and commercial analytics to underpin revenue growth for a portfolio of consumer goods that are discretionary and technology-enabled. Remote work is preferred for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone, with periodic on-site collaboration in Knoxville, TN.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage 4–8 years of relevant experience in SQL, analytics, and pricing/promotions within consumer goods or related sectors. Quickly assimilate our processes, design and execute pricing tests, assess outcomes, and autonomously determine subsequent actions.
RequirementsOwn the daily optimization of base pricing, price-pack architecture, and promotional effectiveness. Manage trade funds and potential incentive programs tied to order volumes. Demonstrate strong financial literacy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and clear storytelling to communicate insights. Contribute to building and scaling the NRM practice on a global scale.
The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive rapid, data-informed decision-making.
