Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen quality across intricate, multi-system environments that support an omnichannel shopping experience. The position emphasizes shaping rigorous testing strategies, mentoring an expanding QA team, and embedding quality into every release. The focus is on risk-based testing, automation maturity, and scalable processes that reduce defects and shorten time-to-market.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and execute scalable testing programs for web, mobile, and backend services aligned to product roadmaps and business aims.
- Drive test automation initiatives, select appropriate tooling, codify standards, and extend coverage to improve system resilience.
- Coach and elevate a high-performing QA team with clear objectives, accountability, and career progression.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to set quality gates, perform risk assessments, and confirm release readiness.
- Define, track, and share quality metrics, dashboards, and telemetry to fuel data-driven improvement efforts.
- Partner with security and privacy teams to ensure compliant and secure software delivery.
Requirements- 10+ years of software quality assurance leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
- Strong grasp of CI/CD, test data management, and shift-left testing practices.
- Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
