We are searching for an experienced Data Engineer to design and deploy scalable ETL architectures that move ERP data with precision. The successful candidate will translate migration blueprints into robust data flows, preserve data fidelity across stages, and optimize performance within large, enterprise-grade datasets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure governance, validation, and quality are maintained throughout the migration lifecycle.

• Create and optimize end-to-end ETL pipelines for ERP data transfer, ensuring traceability, scalability, and performance in large-scale environments.
• Craft and tune Oracle ERP SQL scripts to support sophisticated transformations and data consolidation needs.
• Implement transformation logic aligned to migration designs, including data cleansing, enrichment, and standardisation steps.
• Work with data architects, business analysts, and QA to validate data quality and enable rigorous testing cycles.
• Identify and remediate data quality, performance, and reliability issues in production systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan migration milestones, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to governance controls.

• Proven track record delivering ERP data migration initiatives with tangible outcomes
• Extensive experience building and operating scalable ETL pipelines
• Advanced Oracle ERP SQL scripting proficiency
• Experience handling large, enterprise-scale datasets across intricate environments
• Strong grasp of data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment methodologies

Desirable: familiarity with structured data migration frameworks; exposure to Informatica or comparable ETL tools; prior Outside IR35 contracting experience.
