The role oversees the management and optimization of the payment platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. This position partners with product, engineering, and operations to drive platform improvements, governance, and compliance for seamless payment experiences.

• Own the end-to-end payment platform lifecycle, from onboarding providers to monitoring performance and incident response.
• Lead platform reliability initiatives, capacity planning, and disaster recovery to ensure uninterrupted payment processing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to define roadmaps, SLAs, and governance policies.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure integration quality, cost efficiency, and contract compliance.
• Drive security and fraud prevention measures across payment workflows and data handling.

• Extensive experience in payments infrastructure, gateway integrations, and payment orchestration.
• Strong background in security, risk management, and regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams with a track record of delivering complex platforms on time and within budget.
