Business Analyst (Ref: 195586)

We’re supporting a leading utilities organisation on the search for a Business Analyst / Business Change Analyst to join a high-impact transformation programme based in Warwick.

This role is ideal for a consultancy-trained BA who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys working across multiple concurrent change initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in shaping requirements, driving business change, and supporting large-scale digital and operational transformation across the utilities landscape.

You’ll be embedded in major transformation programmes, working across business and technical teams to deliver meaningful change. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects

• Translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements

• Supporting business change, process improvement, and operating model transformation

• Working across delivery teams in Agile and Waterfall environments

• Driving structured change in a highly regulated utilities environment

• Strong Business Analysis / Business Change background

• Consultancy experience (or consultancy-style delivery in complex organisations)

• Utilities sector experience (energy, water, regulated infrastructure preferred)

• Proven experience running multiple projects/workstreams

• Comfortable operating in hybrid delivery environments with senior stakeholders
