Job DescriptionThis role will play a critical part in building and establishing a centralised Project Management capability across the organisation. The successful candidate will help define the frameworks, processes, and governance required to ensure projects are delivered consistently and effectively across multiple teams and programmes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients, you will support the design and implementation of a scalable project management function that can be deployed across the business to improve visibility, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and implementation of a central Project Management / PMO function, including governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures.
Establish consistent project delivery methodologies, tools, and processes that can be adopted across multiple programmes and client engagements.
Work with stakeholders across the organisation to identify current delivery challenges and opportunities for improving project execution and coordination.
Define and implement project governance, reporting standards, and performance metrics to improve visibility across the project portfolio.
Collaborate with delivery teams including developers, architects, QA, product teams, and project managers to ensure projects are structured and managed effectively.
Develop standardised project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, reporting templates, and delivery frameworks.
Support the management of multiple transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
Provide portfolio-level insights and reporting, including performance tracking, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
Work with senior stakeholders and clients to ensure clear communication and transparency across projects and programmes.

Excellent communication skills, able to translate delivery challenges into clear action plans and improvements.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling organisations where delivery processes are still evolving.
A hands-on individual willing to build structures, frameworks, and delivery processes from the ground up.
