Job DescriptionTake charge of the comprehensive redesign and deployment of Sage X3, seamlessly uniting all operational, production, and commercial functions of a multi-faceted food and hospitality organization into a cohesive, scalable ERP platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesExtensive experience in full lifecycle Sage X3 implementation and re-platforming.
Proven success in leading ERP redesign projects within complex environments characterized by multiple revenue streams.
Solid background in food, manufacturing, FMCG, or similarly operationally intensive sectors.
Hands-on expertise in systems architecture, extending beyond mere project management.
Experience in overseeing and collaborating with third-party systems integrators.
RequirementsDemonstrated expertise in managing ERP systems, specifically Sage X3.
Comprehensive knowledge of business operations within the hospitality field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and teamwork capabilities.
Proven ability to perform effectively in collaborative settings and lead cross-functional projects.
A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Expertise in Sage X3 configuration, process design, and system integration.
Familiarity with manufacturing, production planning, inventory, and order management workflows.
Aptitude for translating operational processes into scalable ERP designs.
Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders (CEO, CFO, SLT level).
Pragmatic and commercially aware approach, with a strong emphasis on on-site involvement.
