We require a Senior Manager, Data Architecture to oversee the design and governance of a comprehensive data platform strategy. Positioned at the nexus of business intent and technical execution, this role ensures data architecture accelerates analytics, business intelligence, and operational capabilities. The selected candidate will lead a team of architects and modelers, establish standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end data solutions on a modern cloud stack.

• Define and steward the enterprise data architecture strategy in alignment with business goals and technology direction.
• Build and coach a high-caliber team of data architects and modelers, creating clear career development paths and engineering excellence.
• Assess emerging data technologies, guide practical adoption, balancing innovation with feasibility.
• Establish governance frameworks for data modeling, storage, ingestion, and metadata across platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Architect scalable, secure data solutions for analytics, BI, and operational use cases with emphasis on performance and reliability.
• Orchestrate robust ingestion, transformation, and integration patterns across diverse systems and domains.
• Partner with cross-functional units to deliver integrated data products and drive enterprise-wide data literacy.

• 7+ years in data and analytics roles with at least 5+ years in a Data Architect or equivalent leadership capacity.
• Proven success building scalable cloud-based data platforms using Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Deep expertise in data modeling approaches (dimensional, 3NF, Data Vault) and tooling (Erwin or alternatives).
• Excellent communication and influence across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and growing a data-focused team.
