We are assisting this organization in their search for a skilled Senior Data Scientist tasked with the development of advanced decision-making systems. This role is key in enabling real-time personalization, identity resolution, and customer intent modeling on various digital platforms. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will utilize your expertise in machine learning, causal inference, optimization, and large-scale systems to craft impactful models that will enhance customer interactions and foster business success.

• Lead the development and management of real-time decision engines that focus on identity resolution and customer intent predictions.
• Construct hybrid models that seamlessly incorporate machine learning, sequence modeling, causal inference, and optimization methodologies.
• Implement low-latency inference systems capable of effective operation at enterprise scale.
• Design and conduct experiments such as A/B tests and causal analyses to measure model effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to transform insights from customer journeys into practical data science solutions.
• Ensure models are production-ready with well-established monitoring, retraining, and deployment protocols.

• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
• A proven track record in delivering production-level machine learning systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cutting-edge machine learning frameworks.
• Experience in developing real-time, session-based, or recommendation systems.
• Acquainted with distributed systems, APIs, and key cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
