Job DescriptionThis role places you in a cross-disciplinary squad dedicated to crafting digital twin simulations and real-time AI capabilities that enhance both production efficiency and healthcare delivery. You will lead end-to-end model lifecycle—from data acquisition and feature engineering to deployment and continual monitoring—ensuring scalable, transparent analytics that support strategic decisions in dynamic contexts.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and maintain digital twin representations of production lines and clinical workflows to predict performance and surface deviations.
- Build and operate streaming analytics and responsive AI systems that autonomously trigger actions and deliver clear guidance to operators and engineers.
- Partner with business units to reframing challenges into data-driven solutions with traceable impact metrics.
- Implement robust validation, back-testing, and monitoring to guarantee resilience against changing conditions.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visuals and concise storytelling.
Requirements- Advanced quantitative qualification (data science, statistics, engineering or related) with strong expertise in statistical methods and machine learning.
- Fluency in Python for data processing, model development, and deployment pipelines (ML workflows, MLOps familiarity).
- Experience with digital twin technologies, simulation platforms, and architectures for streaming data.
- Analytical problem-solver capable of translating business needs into concrete analytical products.
- Collaborative and effective communicator within cross-functional teams.
