Work Stream Data & Reporting Lead (Ref: 195581)

The Data & Reporting Lead plays a critical role in the Digital Transformation Program by ensuring the integrity, quality, and accessibility of enterprise data. This role oversees master data management, data conversion & migration activities, and the design and delivery of reporting solutions. The Lead will guide a small team of Data Analysts and collaborate closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making. The Lead will work closely with project managers in the program in a matrix organisation.

Master Data Management (MDM)

·         Define and implement master data governance processes across domains (customers, products, suppliers, finance, etc.).

·         Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate standards.

·         Establish and maintain data quality metrics, validation rules, and cleansing activities.

Data Conversion & Migration

·         Lead the planning, mapping, and execution of data migration from legacy systems to the new digital platform (e.g., Infor M3).

·         Coordinate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities with IT and vendors.

·         Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

 Reporting & Analytics

·         Define reporting requirements in collaboration with business process owners.

·         Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, KPIs, and standard reports.

·         Ensure alignment of reporting with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Team Management

·         Lead and mentor a team of two Data Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and workload management.

·         Lead and mentor a team of Data Stewards, providing guidance, coaching, and workload management.

·         Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.

·         Coordinate with program leadership to align data & reporting deliverables with project milestones.

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

·         7+ years of experience in data management, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within large-scale digital or ERP transformations.

·         Hands-on expertise in data migration, data cleansing, and MDM processes.

·         Experience with Infor CloudSuite and related tools highly preferred

·         Strong knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).

·         Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ETL concepts.

·         Proven leadership skills in managing small teams.
