Their AI and machine learning platform automates end to end dispute workflows, recovers revenue that would otherwise be lost and removes a major operational burden from payments, fraud and finance teams.
Already trusted by globally recognised brands such as Meta, DoorDash, Grubhub and Spotify, they are widely regarded as the most enterprise-proven technology platform in the chargeback space.
With strong product market fit and significant growth ambitions across the US, the business is now scaling its New York team to support an aggressive enterprise expansion strategy. This is a high visibility hire reporting into the VP of Sales for the Americas, with a clear mandate to help drive 300% year over year growth.
Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own a defined portfolio of 75 to 100 named mid-market and enterprise accounts across the US.
This is a true hunter role in a high growth Series C environment. You will lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach through to negotiation and close. The focus is on merchants with significant consumer card volumes, typically engaging VP level stakeholders across Fraud, Payments, Risk, Treasury and Finance.
The role is based in New York City with a hybrid expectation of four days per week in the office at 1 Penn Plaza. Some flexibility is available for exceptional candidates located in the wider tri-state area.
Key Responsibilities· Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
· Develop strategic break-in plans for named enterprise accounts
· Build and execute account based outreach strategies alongside marketing and BDR support
· Engage senior stakeholders including VP Fraud, VP Payments, Treasury and Finance leaders
· Lead deep discovery around operational inefficiencies, chargeback volumes and revenue leakage
· Construct value-based business cases rooted in ROI, efficiency gains and risk reduction
· Navigate legal and commercial negotiations through to signed agreement
· Accurately forecast and manage pipeline in a structured sales environment
· Represent the business at conferences, client meetings and industry events across the US
Requirements· 7 to 10 years of total B2B sales experience
· At least 4 to 5 years selling enterprise payments, fraud or fintech solutions
· Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, ideally with experience adjacent to organisations such as PayPal, Stripe, Worldpay, Fiserv or Adyen
· Proven experience closing complex mid-market and enterprise deals
· Track record of self-sourced revenue in addition to marketing and event generated pipeline
· Ability to operate in a high growth, build phase environment with a Series C mindset
· Strong commercial acumen and experience selling success based or consumption style models is advantageous
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences

Benefits· Competitive compensation package with $300,000 - $320,000 OTE based on a 50 / 50 split
