Job DescriptionWe are collaborating with this organization to find a skilled Head of Global Brand Marketing who will oversee its marketing strategies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful brand strategies that resonate across diverse international markets, especially in beauty and personal care. Th ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty and skincare sector. Previous experience with the US market is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesSteer the creation of a comprehensive global brand and innovation strategy, converting innovative product concepts into engaging and scalable narratives that appeal to consumers globally.
Manage the complete process of global product launches and marketing campaigns that significantly enhance brand visibility, relevance, and distinctiveness in competitive markets.
Advocate a digital-first and platform-native mindset, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are meticulously tailored for social media, e-commerce, and paid media from the very beginning.
Leverage data-driven methodologies to shape marketing strategies, continuously optimizing media investments for substantial ROI, particularly focusing on the US market.
Strike a balance between nurturing long-term brand equity and addressing immediate business needs, engaging effectively with finance and growth teams on marketing budget allocations.
Lead the development of a high-achieving global brand team, promoting a culture that values clarity, creativity, and operational efficiency.
RequirementsA minimum of 15 years of successful experience in global brand or marketing leadership roles within the beauty sector or high-growth consumer brands.
Demonstrated expertise in the US market, along with a proven history of executing successful global product launches that have garnered market attention.
Thorough understanding of media effectiveness, brand performance measurement, and marketing ROI.
