Test Coordinator (Ref: 195670)

The Test Coordinator will have a key role in ensuring the success of a large-scale digital transformation program at PPF that focuses on adopting and developing new business software solutions - with emphasis on the adoption of Infor M3 ERP solution. Tasks include planning and supporting the execution of the different test activities throughout the complete lifecycle from requirements gathering until after the software solutions are rolled out at multiple locations at the company.

• Analyse requirements and solution design, create test plans, establish test processes and create acceptance criteria for all testing stages, including requirement- and design validation, functional- and integration tests, SIT and UAT.

• Support the preparation and execution of test cases and test scenarios, and collect results of tests developed by the internal functional and technical teams, or the external vendors.

• Ensure all testing activities are traceable to defined business requirements and design elements while also enabling risk based prioritization of execution, reporting and defect handling.

• Create processes for administering test cases, test execution plans, test results and defects in the test management tool. Make sure the project organization adheres to the established standards. Support root cause analysis, defect prioritization, and resolution tracking.

• Manage and provide up to date information for the progress and coverage reports, test metrics and KPI reports to help assess release readiness.

• Participate in creating a project independent company wide QA strategy, standards and processes. Strive for and support continuous process improvement.

• 5+ years experience coordinating testing activities within large, complex programmes, ideally involving ERP or enterprise systems.

• Firm understanding of QA principles, defect lifecycles, and test methodologies.

• Solid hands-on experience administering test artifacts with tools such as Jira, XRay, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of Azure DevOps is a pro.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills with a focus on traceability, test coverage, and risk mitigation.

• Experience working in a hybrid delivery environment (mixed Agile and Waterfall), ideally experience with continuous iterative delivery methods mixed with fixed project milestones.

• Notable experience working with stakeholders and vendors in an international environment.

• Experience in working with large project organizations in a remote setting. Self-sufficient, proactive, solution oriented personality and approach.
