Job DescriptionThe Head of Marketing & Creative Solutions will steward the strategic marketing and creative direction across live events, venues, and ticketing platforms. This senior role partners with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that elevate brand presence, drive ticket sales, and enhance audience experiences. The individual will lead a diverse team, oversee multi-channel initiatives, and ensure consistency of voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and audience insights.
- Lead creative concepting, brand storytelling, and production oversight for campaigns across multiple channels.
- Direct the planning and optimization of paid media across digital and traditional platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with product, ticketing, and venue teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive ticket sales and attendance.
- Manage a high-performing, interdisciplinary team, mentoring talent and shaping organizational culture.
Requirements- Proven track record in senior marketing leadership within media, entertainment, or live events sectors.
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign optimization across digital and offline channels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation for complex, multi-country campaigns.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and inform creative and strategic decisions.
