Job DescriptionWe are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing & Creative Solutions to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and creative solutions that amplify audience reach and deepen fan engagement. This executive will partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic campaigns, content programs, and innovative experiences that elevate the company’s presence in the live entertainment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own the overarching marketing strategy and creative direction, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.
- Lead the ideation and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and live experiences.
- Oversee creative production and ensure high-quality, on-brand assets and storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product, venue partners, and commercial teams to architect partnerships and sponsorships that amplify reach and revenue.
- Champion data-driven decision making by defining metrics, dashboards, and performance optimization plans.
- Lead a high-performing marketing and creative team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation.
Requirements- Proven track record in senior marketing leadership with a strong background in creative strategy and brand storytelling.
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels with measurable impact.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrix environments.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing creative vision with commercial objectives.
- Experience in live entertainment, media, or the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
