The role of Solution Architect D365 involves shaping and guiding the adoption of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite within complex enterprise settings. The person will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards. Responsibilities include designing integration patterns, data models, security models, and deployment strategies, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable CRM/ERP solutions that enable business processes across operations and customer lifecycle management.

• Define the architectural vision for D365 implementations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Design and document comprehensive integration patterns between D365 and other enterprise systems.
• Lead architectural governance and ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and approaches that best fit the organization’s needs.
• Provide guidance on deployment models, performance tuning, and scalability considerations.
• Mentor and support delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) in large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in integration patterns, data modeling, security, and governance for D365.
• Proven ability to shape and drive enterprise architecture roadmaps and strategic technology decisions.
• Experience with cloud architectures (Azure preferred) and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified:: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert) or equivalent.
