Our client is a private equity-backed fintech delivering enterprise SaaS solutions that help financial institutions modernize and automate capital markets operations. Their platform enables regional and community banks to manage complex interest rate, FX, and commodity exposures with greater transparency, efficiency, and control.
The company is expanding its US sales team with a Account Executive, SaaS (Regional Bank Sales). This is a senior, high-impact role focused on hunting new logos while also converting existing opportunities. You will be selling a market-leading OTC derivatives platform to regional and community banks ($5B - $100B in assets), engaging treasurers, chief risk officers, and heads of capital markets. The role offers a strong pipeline of existing deal opportunities, so you’ll be building on current momentum rather than starting completely cold.

Key Responsibilities· Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close, for the SaaS platform.
· Hunt new logos across US regional and community banks while also advancing existing opportunities toward closure.
· Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders including treasurers, CROs, and heads of capital markets.
· Collaborate with pre-sales, product, legal, and operations teams to structure, negotiate, and close deals efficiently.
· Maintain a strong pipeline and forecast accurately, balancing long-term new business with short-term wins from existing deals.
· Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile:
· 12-15+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience within financial services.
· Proven success selling technology solutions into banks or financial institutions, ideally in the regional/community banking space.
· Experience with capital markets, treasury, risk, or trading technology.
· Solid understanding of OTC derivatives and capital markets products including interest rates, FX, and commodities.
· Strong hunter mentality with the ability to open new accounts and close complex deals.
· Experienced in managing long, consultative sales cycles (9-15 months) while also converting existing pipeline opportunities.
· Executive presence with a track record of influencing C-suite decision makers.

· Annual revenue target: $1.25M - $2M in SaaS revenue.
· Expected deal mix: 2-4 major new logo deals ($500K - $1M+) and 5-10 smaller or renewal deals annually.
Location & Travel:
· Preference for New York-based candidates (~3 days per week in office).
· Open to fully remote US-based candidates.
· Frequent travel required (50%+).
