Job DescriptionThis organization is seeking a Digital Platform and Security Manager to oversee the growth and robustness of their digital environments. This pivotal role encompasses managing security protocols, enforcing best practices, and ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a secure and user-friendly digital experience.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the formulation and execution of digital security strategies to protect company data and systems.
- Perform ongoing risk assessments and audits to pinpoint vulnerabilities and implement remediation measures.
- Engage with IT and operational teams to align practices with security policies.
- Supervise the adoption of new technologies within the digital platform, emphasizing security during the transition.
- Facilitate training and provide support to team members regarding security protocols and compliance.
- Continuously monitor digital platforms for irregularities and react to security incidents without delay.
- Create regular reports detailing security metrics and compliance status for senior management review.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing digital security.
- In-depth understanding of security protocols, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications in security management (such as CISSP, CISM) are highly advantageous.
