Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital banking products in our client’s portfolio. This senior role demands strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and a strong command of product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization. The position sits within a high-velocity, data-driven environment in Paris, where regulatory considerations and customer outcomes drive prioritization and success metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business strategy into product plans with clear roadmaps and milestones.
- Define and measure success metrics that align with business goals and customer outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional squads, align stakeholders, and drive execution across engineering, design, data, and compliance.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery in sprints and releases.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security teams to maintain a robust control environment.
- Identify market opportunities and guide product discovery through user research and rapid experimentation.
Requirements- 7+ years in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Experience launching B2C and/or B2B digital products in banking or payments.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with data-driven decision-making and proficient in product analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple business units.
- Proven track record of building and delivering products with measurable impact.
- Ability to operate in a regulated environment with compliance-minded approach.
