Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Operations Planning & Analytics to steer the confluence of demand planning, inventory strategy, and advanced analytics within a fast-moving retail landscape. The role prioritizes cross-functional leadership, evidence-based decision making, and the deployment of AI-powered initiatives to sharpen planning processes and operational outcomes. The successful candidate will shape forecast accuracy, mature S&OP practices, and KPI transparency while guiding modern analytics capabilities across planning teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive forecasting and inventory planning initiatives to synchronize supply with shifting demand across channels.
- Elevate S&OP maturity by balancing stock discipline with commercial goals through scenario analysis and performance metrics.
- Create and roll out analytics dashboards that inform executive decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Interpret historical data to deliver actionable business insights and proactive risk mitigation.
- Lead AI-augmented enhancements in planning workflows, automation projects, and data governance.
- Partner with operations, finance, merchandising, and technology stakeholders to boost planning precision and efficiency.
Requirements- Demonstrated success in demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, or operations analytics in high-velocity settings.
- Strong grasp of S&OP methodologies and multi-channel retail dynamics.
- Superior analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience building dashboards and using analytics tools to steer business decisions.
- Visible leadership with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
