Our focus is on supporting enterprise-level delivery across digital transformation programs, ensuring robust technical execution and client collaboration. Job DescriptionTake ownership of design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs. Lead end-to-end deployments from discovery through go-live, with an emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB data models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders in workshops to shape technical solutions that align with best practices. Ensure platform standards are adhered to and facilitate knowledge transfer and handover to operations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and implement ServiceNow components across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB ecosystems.
- Deliver complete service management solutions in alignment with customer requirements.
- Configure, script, and customize core modules to meet complex use cases.
- Maintain and evolve CMDB structures and related data governance.
- Engage with business users and technical peers to refine requirements and validate designs.
- Lead technical workshops and design review sessions.
- Uphold ServiceNow best practices, security guidelines, and platform standards.
Requirements- At least six years of hands-on ServiceNow delivery and development experience.
- Practical expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB domains.
- Proven track record delivering full-cycle ServiceNow implementations from design to production.
- Strong scripting capability and proficient platform configuration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid, client-facing setting.
- ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience in enterprise or consultancy environments.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
- Understanding of ITIL best practices.
