Job DescriptionThe Senior Account Director is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering integrated client programs across multiple channels for premier accounts. You will engage with senior client stakeholders to define long-term brand strategies, ensure flawless program execution, and optimize revenue streams. This role blends strategic foresight with high-level relationship management and hands-on delivery to produce tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture executive-level partnerships with major partners, mapping their business aims and identifying scalable growth avenues.
- Coordinate cross-functional squads to deploy integrated campaigns on schedule and within budget, maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Set account strategy, revenue targets, and success metrics; continuously monitor results and recalibrate plans to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and technology specialists to design data-informed programs that resonate with audiences.
- Forecast demand, assess resource capacity and pipeline, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Deliver strategic recommendations and performance analytics to clients and internal teams, translating insights into actionable plans.
Requirements- Demonstrated success managing senior-level client relationships in complex, matrixed environments.
- Advanced negotiation and deal-closure capabilities with a track record of revenue acceleration.
- Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple programs concurrently.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in analytics platforms and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as required and operate across time zones.
