Job DescriptionWe seek a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with quantitative insight. The ideal candidate will evaluate performance, surface growth levers, and construct dashboards and models that guide decisions in merchandising, pricing, ops, and customer journeys. The role demands stakeholder rapport, rigorous analysis, and the ability to present crisp, executive-ready findings to both business leaders and on-site teams.
Key Responsibilities- Define clear problems and success metrics with business partners, translating them into concrete analytics requirements.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and operational reports spanning store activity, inventory, and revenue streams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, shifts, and drivers of performance; provide actionable recommendations backed by evidence.
- Create scenario models to forecast outcomes under different assumptions and constraints.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to safeguard data quality, lineage, and accessible analytics assets.
- Present results in accessible language, converting insights into practical steps for business action.
- Support governance, privacy, and process enhancements to strengthen the analytics lifecycle.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a closely related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in business analysis, data analytics, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and effective communication in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
- Familiarity with data governance, quality, and security practices is preferred.
- Discretion with confidential information and responsible data handling capabilities.
