Role Overview: We are seeking a Delivery Director to lead and oversee multiple ServiceNow engagements. This role focuses on driving delivery excellence, architecture oversight, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep ServiceNow expertise, pre-sales experience, and a proven ability to manage senior architects and project teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects simultaneously.
Drive architecture standards and best practices across client engagements.
Engage in pre-sales activities to support client solutions and proposals.
Oversee and mentor ServiceNow architects and delivery teams.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during delivery engagements.
Ensure project outcomes meet quality, timeline, and budgetary goals.
RequirementsRequired Experience & Skills:
Extensive ServiceNow experience, preferably across multiple modules and workflows.
Proven track record in pre-sales and client engagement.
Experience managing teams of architects and consultants.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent) preferred.
