Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Partnership Sales Executive to drive high‑impact alliances in the London market. The role centers on cultivating and managing a curated slate of hospitality and sponsorship opportunities with professional sports teams and leagues, aligning partner ambitions with our client’s strategic priorities, and delivering sustained revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Target and secure premium collaboration opportunities aligned with revenue ambitions and market positioning.
- Craft bespoke sponsorship narratives and pitches, supported by ROI scenarios and performance indicators.
- Build and nurture executive‑level relationships with decision‑makers across teams, venues, and brands.
- Lead negotiations on terms, agreements, and renewals to optimize value for all parties.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless activation and delivery of partnerships.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast revenue, and report KPIs to guide strategic planning.
Requirements- 5+ years in B2B sales or partnerships, ideally within hospitality, sports, or sponsorships.
- Strong network within London's sports and hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated success closing multi‑year sponsorships and driving revenue growth.
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self‑driven with the ability to work autonomously and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
