Workday Technical Finance Consultant (Ref: 195885)

We are searching for a seasoned Workday Technical Consultant to integrate with our client’s professional services team. The role centers on architecting, configuring, and optimizing Workday deployments—emphasizing core HCM, Payroll, time tracking, and critical integrations. You will engage HR, finance, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable Workday capabilities, safeguarding data integrity and performance. Expect hands-on configuration, rigorous testing, and clear customer guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee comprehensive Workday configurations for sophisticated payroll, HCM, and time management scenarios.
• Architect and implement connections between Workday and external systems to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports that empower clients to drive decisions with confidence.
• Provide SME input during workshops and discovery sessions to capture and refine requirements.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor less experienced consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the practice.

• Demonstrated Workday implementation and configuration experience across core modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Security, Absence Management).
• Deep knowledge of Workday integrations with ERP systems, payroll providers, time and benefits solutions.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting (Advanced, matrix, composite) and Workday Studio or comparable tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Record of delivering client-facing projects on time and within budget in a consulting setting.
• Willingness to travel as required.
