• Craft and iterate on user interface concepts for web and mobile, translating research into high-fidelity designs.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define and deliver cohesive, accessible experiences.
• Create design systems, component libraries, and visual language that scales across platforms.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and testing cycles to validate design decisions.
• Advocate for user-centered design within cross-functional teams and align with brand standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of the design function.

• 5+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and hands-on ability with UI production.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey design rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to design systems and scalable UI libraries.
