Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled UI Designer to join a fast-paced commerce organization. You will craft intuitive, visually compelling interfaces across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to shape end-to-end user experiences that drive engagement and conversions. The role emphasizes accessibility, performance, and brand alignment in a retail context.
Key Responsibilities- Craft and iterate on user interface concepts for web and mobile, translating research into high-fidelity designs.
- Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define and deliver cohesive, accessible experiences.
- Create design systems, component libraries, and visual language that scales across platforms.
- Contribute to rapid prototyping and testing cycles to validate design decisions.
- Advocate for user-centered design within cross-functional teams and align with brand standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of the design function.
Requirements- 5+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and hands-on ability with UI production.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to convey design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to design systems and scalable UI libraries.
