Job DescriptionWe are seeking a UX Researcher to design and execute rigorous research programs that convert user needs into clear, actionable insights across a connected omnichannel landscape. The role requires collaboration with product management, design, engineering, and data science to shape the experiences of pet owners, retail shoppers, and veterinary service clients. Outputs will inform strategy, influence roadmaps, and improve the usability and satisfaction of both digital platforms and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct integrated mixed-method studies to identify user needs, barriers, and opportunities for value creation across web, mobile, and in-store touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape product directions through thoughtful research planning and synthesis.
- Develop and manage comprehensive research plans, recruit participants, and maintain schedules to ensure timely insights.
- Translate findings into pragmatic recommendations and durable design guidance for product teams.
- Partner with UX designers to refine information architecture and interaction flows grounded in evidence.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of UX research experience within B2C digital products or retail environments
- Expertise in mixed-methods research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies, and data analysis
- Proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, Excel) and research repositories
- Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration with diverse teams
- Ability to convert insights into actionable product recommendations
