The Product Owner will steer the product vision for a suite of digital insurance and finance solutions used by brokers, underwriters and internal teams. • Set and maintain the product roadmap for multiple digital offerings within insurance and finance.
• Engage stakeholders across sales, underwriting, operations and compliance to capture requirements and secure alignment.
• Create detailed backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Collaborate with UX and research teams to validate assumptions and refine user journeys.
• Use performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate product improvements.

• Embed regulatory and risk controls into product decision-making.

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within insurance, finance or related professional services.
• Track record of working with cross-functional teams including delivery, design, data and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong backlog management, user story authoring and prioritisation skills.
• Data-literate with experience using metrics to inform product choices.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation and facilitation abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks affecting insurance and financial products.
