Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic Product Manager to guide the full life cycle of data-driven environmental and utility solutions. The role shapes product strategy, crafts roadmaps, partners with engineering, design, and analytics teams, and converts customer needs into high-value offerings that boost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability outcomes. The Product Manager will own discovery, backlog prioritization, and success measurement through defined metrics and outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the product strategy and long-range roadmaps that align with market opportunities in energy, utilities, and environmental services.
Translate stakeholder and customer needs into detailed requirements and measurable success indicators.
Shape go-to-market approaches, pricing signals, and onboarding experiences to drive adoption and realized value.
Monitor market dynamics, competitive moves, and regulatory trends to continuously inform product choices.
Lead discovery, validate concepts through experiments and user feedback, and document learnings for stakeholders.
Requirements- 5+ years in product management for software or data-enabled offerings, preferably within energy, utilities, or environmental services."
- Strategic thinker capable of articulating a compelling product vision and roadmap to diverse teams.
- Proficient with agile development and data-driven decision making; experience with analytics tools and experimentation methods.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication, with influence across organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
