Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager of BI and Analytics will direct the modernization of the data function, elevating it from routine reporting to a strategic, AI-enabled Center of Excellence. Reporting to the CTO, this role balances hands-on technical contribution with executive stewardship, mapping a roadmap for descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics. Presence in the United States is required, with Miami as a preferred base, and close collaboration with the CTO and executive leadership during a company-wide AI transformation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a three-year roadmap for an AI & Data Center of Excellence that scales with business demand.
Establish modern data and analytics capabilities to deliver actionable insights across the organization.
Design and optimize Power BI dashboards and data visuals, evaluating AI/ML integrations where feasible.
Identify and pilot cutting-edge AI initiatives (GenAI-driven insights, automated voice-to-text workflows, etc.) to augment decision-making.
Maintain hands-on involvement with the tech stack (SQL, Python, Databricks, dbt, NetSuite) while shaping the future data architecture.
Provide strategic guidance to the CTO and executive team, highlighting trends that influence strategic options.
Build the function from inception, validating impact before expanding the team.
RequirementsProven track record delivering BI/Analytics transformations in high-growth, founder-led, or VC-backed environments.
Experience partnering with CTOs/CIOs to drive data-centric decision making.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, dbt, and ERP integration (NetSuite preferred).
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
History of leading and mentoring teams to achieve ambitious outcomes.
