Senior Manager, Data Science – Logistics Modeling (Ref: 197506)

The Senior Manager will lead the logistics modelling group responsible for designing optimisation algorithms and production planning systems that schedule millions of vehicle moves annually. The role requires defining strategy for planning workflows, translating operational constraints into mathematical formulations, and delivering software that produces driver-level plans. Success will be measured by reduced transport spend, improved on-time performance and scalable automation of planning processes.

• Define and execute the long-term optimisation roadmap for vehicle movement planning.
• Lead cross-functional development of planning algorithms and production systems.
• Translate operational rules and constraints into mathematical models and objective functions.
• Oversee implementation of AI and optimisation models into production pipelines.
