The Senior Manager – Pricing Algorithms will define strategy and lead execution for algorithmic pricing across the used-vehicle portfolio. The role owns model design, production deployment, and the operational lifecycle of pricing systems that balance margin, turnover, and customer competitiveness. Success Is Measured By Improved Revenue Per Unit, Faster Inventory Turn Rates, Robustness Of Production Pipelines, And Clear Business Impact From Experiments.

• Set the strategic roadmap for algorithmic pricing and optimization across retail and wholesale channels.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of models from prototyping to production, ensuring reproducibility and reliability.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and KPIs to quantify price elasticity, margin outcomes, and inventory velocity.
• Design and execute experimentation (A/B tests, holdout designs) to validate pricing interventions.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and governance for live pricing decisions and model drift detection.
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers focused on pricing intelligence.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and finance to align pricing objectives with supply forecasts and commercial targets.
• Drive adoption of scalable ML infrastructure, CI/CD, and reproducible data practices within pricing workflows.

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field preferred.
• Minimum Six Years Of Progressive Experience In Data Science, Pricing, Revenue Management, Or Analytical Leadership Roles.
• Demonstrated Success Deploying Machine Learning Models Into Production With Measured Commercial Outcomes.
• Proficiency In Python And Familiarity With Production Tooling Such As Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, And Model Serving Frameworks.
