Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned software engineer specializing in Blue Prism development to join our client’s digital automation squad. This role centers on designing, building, and maintaining scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that optimise business processes across facilities management, real estate services, and professional support functions. The Blue Prism Developer will collaborate with process owners and IT partners to convert business requirements into robust automation blueprints, deliver high-quality bots, and ensure sustainable automation through governance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and implement Blue Prism automations that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with business units to map processes, identify automation opportunities, and define success criteria.
- Design reusable components, libraries, and framework patterns to accelerate deployment and ensure governance.
- Coordinate test planning, execution, and validation of automations in collaboration with QA and business stakeholders.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Bots post‑deployment, applying performance metrics and governance controls.
- Stay current with Blue Prism updates, security guidelines, and industry best practices to safeguard automation initiatives.
Requirements- Proven expertise in Blue Prism development with a track record of delivering scalable RPA solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and integration patterns (APIs, databases, and middleware).
- Experience with Cloud platforms and scalable architectures is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in Blue Prism or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
