WMS Business Analyst (Ref: 192929)

We are partnering with our client, a prominent retail group in the GCC, recognized for its diverse portfolio and commitment to excellence in the retail sector. They operate across various retail segments, including consumer electronics, apparel, and accessories, and focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

We are collaborating with this organization as they seek to hire a WMS Business Analyst. This vital role will be instrumental in supporting the important go-live of the WMS and its subsequent migrations, as part of a wider OMS transformation strategy. The successful candidate will play a key part in deploying new Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS), alongside gathering and analyzing requirements for module enhancements.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for both WMS and OMS.
• Assist in the WMS go-live process and manage migrations effectively.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to functionality.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for any WMS-related issues.
• Lead training sessions for end-users on new WMS features.

• WMS Business Analyst – Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of proven involvement in WMS projects.
• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Solid experience in the retail sector is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS / EMS or Infor systems is required.
• Familiarity with Fluent Commerce is beneficial but not essential.
• Expertise in OMS implementations and migrations is necessary.
• Must be available to work onsite at least 4 days each week.
