We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our client’s most groundbreaking AI initiatives, focusing particularly on the creation of an advanced suite of AI Agents.

The role encompasses the development of AI-driven features designed to enhance user experience, including:

• An automated interview coaching system that delivers personalized feedback tailored to an interviewer's historical performance, featuring customizable content.

• An AI Candidate skills matrix that presents structured overviews connectable to crucial job-related skills.

• The construction of an AI assistant enabling users to swiftly access detailed information about candidates or interviews via natural language inquiries.

• Customizable interview summaries that allow clients to create bespoke AI-generated reports according to their distinct frameworks and criteria.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in successfully launching significant LLM features that yield tangible results for customers, rather than being merely experimental endeavors.

• An ability to excel in a fast-paced start-up environment.

• Strong systems thinking capabilities and a solid technical foundation.

• Has operated in fast-paced start-up, build product from scratch.

• 1+ year shipping AI-powered features, especially invoicing LLMs (e.g. prompt engineering, output quality, AI evaluation workflows)

• Salary: $130k - $170k
