An exciting opening has arisen for a Financial Engineer to join a dynamic team building next-generation financial tools and products. This is a chance to apply your quantitative skills and programming expertise to develop pricing models and enhance financial instruments in a fast-paced fintech environment.

·       Develop and improve financial tools and products within the platform

·       Implement advanced pricing models using leading analytics packages

·       Apply programming, mathematics and statistical methods to solve complex problems

·       Enhance the performance and design of financial instruments

·       Collaborate closely with technology and finance teams to deliver impactful solutions

·       Master’s degree in mathematical finance or a related field

·       Strong knowledge of interest rate derivative products and stochastic modelling

·       Proficiency in object-oriented programming

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

·       Up to $140,000 CAD (dependent on experience)
