about the roleAbout Us
We’re partnering with a pioneering data-driven services platform in the specialty insurance space. Their solution re-platforms traditional risk and underwriting workflows by harnessing real-time data, AI-powered analytics and a cloud-native Risk Exchange.
By connecting managing general agents with risk-capital partners, the platform streamlines underwriting, risk insights and decision-making - transforming fragmented, inefficient legacy systems into transparent, scalable processes. Recent milestones include expansion of AI-driven risk scoring, portfolio monitoring and LLM-based claims assessment, all powered by a proprietary engine processing over 1.2 million insurance records a month.

· Oversee architecture and design choices in AI-enabled tooling, stepping in to debug front-end or back-end complexities when models falter
· Own high-trust systems that may handle sensitive data or business-critical logic, ensuring secure, resilient automation
· Stay current with the latest AI models, frameworks and best practices - translating new advances into tangible gains
Requirements· Proven experience building internal automation or productivity tools - especially using tools like n8n, Zapier, or comparable platforms
· Familiarity with AI and automation paradigms, including workflow orchestration, agent-style workflows or ML-powered connectors
· Strong skills in debugging across full stack contexts - comfortable jumping into front-end or back-end systems when needed
· Experience owning systems that handle sensitive business logic or data, with discipline around security, reliability and user trust
· A proactive, collaborative mindset - able to translate team needs into technically sound AI-enabled solutions, working cross-functionally
· Eagerness to continuously learn and apply new AI tools, frameworks and workflows
Other· Be part of a remote-first, high-trust environment where autonomy and rapid iteration are central
· Work at the intersection of modern AI and insurance - your tools directly impact organisational efficiency and decision quality
· Flexible schedules that respect work–life balance across North America and Europe
· Opportunity to influence internal culture and tooling in a fast-growing, tech-centric organisation investing heavily in AI
· This is not a QA or product testing role - your focus is on internal tooling and enabling teams through smart, AI-fueled automation
