Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team in London. This role requires ownership of the complete technology stack—from interactive front-ends to resilient back-end services—delivering maintainable, scalable, and secure software. The candidate will lead with practical architecture, produce high-quality code, and collaborate closely with product, design, and security stakeholders to iterate value safely and efficiently. In addition to hands-on delivery, the role includes mentoring peers and guiding technical direction to influence product strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the end-to-end design and delivery of complex features across client and server layers, embedding performance, security, and reliability from inception.
- Craft scalable API services and modern front-end components that provide intuitive user experiences.
- Coach and grow the engineering team, advocating best practices, quality standards, and continuous integration and delivery.
- Partner with product, design, and security to ensure roadmaps align with business objectives and risk controls.
- Advance DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code to enhance operational robustness and speed of delivery.
Requirements- Extensive experience in contemporary full-stack development (e.g., React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Proven ability to design scalable, testable architectures and services.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
- Experience delivering software in regulated or security-focused environments is advantageous.
