Job DescriptionWe are excited to partner with this organization in the search for a Platform Manager focusing on Partner Growth & Operations. This pivotal role involves cultivating relationships with partners, crafting strategies to boost engagement, and refining operational processes that underpin these collaborations. The selected candidate will play a vital role in promoting sustainable growth, ensuring operational goals are met, and aligning activities with the organization’s core mission.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute strategies aimed at improving partner engagement and growth.
- Manage day-to-day operations of partner programs, ensuring streamlined and effective processes.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to synchronize operational objectives with broader business aims.
- Evaluate partner performance metrics and generate actionable insights for enhancement.
- Serve as a key point of communication between partners and the organization, promptly addressing needs and issues.
- Partner with leadership to uncover new partnership opportunities and broaden the network.
Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in partnership management or a comparable role.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of cultivating robust relationships.
- Proficient in project management and operational improvement methodologies.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
