We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager to deliver a series of technology initiatives centred around low-code / no-code platforms for a real estate client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing software delivery in dynamic environments where speed, flexibility, and cross-functional collaboration are key.
This role requires someone with proven experience overseeing end-to-end delivery of multiple software or technology projects, ideally including low-code / no-code solutions. You will act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery through clear communication, robust planning, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of multiple technology projects — from discovery and scoping through to implementation and handover to BAU.Low-Code / No-Code Focus: Lead and coordinate initiatives built on low-code / no-code platforms, ensuring delivery meets technical and business needs.Discovery & Planning: Facilitate workshops, define requirements, create user stories, and establish clear delivery roadmaps.Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to technical and business stakeholders at all levels.Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and resolve project risks and blockers proactively.Quality Assurance: Oversee testing activities including UAT, ensuring product quality and readiness for release.Reporting & Governance: Produce regular project reports, documentation, and maintain governance artefacts.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing within the Technology PMO.
RequirementsReal estate experience is highly beneficial Proven track record (5+ years) managing end-to-end technology delivery projects in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.Demonstrable experience delivering low-code / no-code platform projects (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, or similar).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — capable of engaging with senior leadership, developers, and business users alike.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on structure, clarity, and accountability.Comfortable working across multiple concurrent project streams and adapting to evolving priorities.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, product, and business functions.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-driven.
