Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major Low-Code / No-Code technology transformation project within our Technology Team for a real estate client. This role will focus on enabling rapid digital delivery through innovative low-code/no-code platforms, helping streamline processes, improve user experience, and deliver business value efficiently.
You will work at the intersection of business and technology — partnering with stakeholders and development teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Process Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to document current processes, identify areas for improvement, and define clear business and technical requirements.
Requirements Gathering: Work collaboratively with project teams to translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications suitable for low-code/no-code solutions.
Solution Design: Partner closely with the development team to ensure the proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test scenarios to validate solution functionality and ensure business needs are met.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted liaison between business users and technical teams, managing expectations, facilitating workshops, and ensuring smooth communication.
Project Support: Work alongside Project Managers to maintain project alignment, track progress, and support deployment and adoption of new systems.
RequirementsProven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology-focused projects.
Strong technical acumen with experience supporting software or application development projects.
Hands-on experience working with or alongside low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems, or similar).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Housing association or real estate industry experience is a significant advantage.
