Job DescriptionThe Head of Infrastructure & Operations will be pivotal in directing operational processes and managing infrastructure initiatives within the organization. This position requires a strategic leader dedicated to enhancing system efficiencies that support the company's competitive positioning in the retail market.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute in-depth operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee infrastructure management to ensure effective systems that align with business objectives.
- Handle budget oversight, resource distribution, and performance evaluations.
- Guide cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and service quality.
- Guarantee adherence to industry norms and regulatory requirements.

Requirements- At least 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the retail sector.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a knack for inspiring and guiding teams.

- Experience in infrastructure development and management.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in operations management, supply chain management, or a similar discipline.
