Job DescriptionWe are collaborating with this organization to identify a skilled E-Commerce Development Manager. This essential role plays a crucial part in formulating e-commerce strategies and implementing comprehensive development plans that align with the organization’s retail goals. The ideal candidate will engage with various teams to refine the online platform, ensuring ease of use and optimizing the customer experience. This position requires a unique combination of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to motivate the development team and manage e-commerce projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aimed at enhancing platform efficiency.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of e-commerce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality benchmarks.
- Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance to boost their skills and efficiency.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT departments to ensure e-commerce activities align with broader business objectives.
- Evaluate performance indicators and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in online services.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies to suggest impactful enhancements.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce management or development within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of web development technologies and platforms.
- Outstanding project management skills with a proven history of successful project execution.
- Superior communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide a team.
- Capacity to analyze data effectively and implement data-driven improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
