Job DescriptionAs FX Product Manager, you’ll own the full product lifecycle for their foreign payments solution, designed to streamline cross-border transactions for banking clients. This is a strategic, high-impact role requiring a strong commercial mindset, deep product intuition and an ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, implementation and sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and document the full FX product scope, from onboarding to payment execution and reporting
Identify gaps and opportunities across functionality, operations, and UX; prioritize and communicate effectively with engineering
Lead market and competitive analysis, identifying growth opportunities and threats to strategy
Develop and maintain short and long-term product roadmaps, with clear commercial objectives
Partner with implementation to create scalable, repeatable onboarding processes
Support sales by demonstrating product capabilities and refining the go-to-market approach
RequirementsEssential Requirements:
10+ years of product management experience in financial services or fintech
Strong expertise in foreign exchange or payment processing
Deep understanding of the commercial/regional banking ecosystem
Excellent communication skills - able to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Commercially-minded with a track record of delivering market-driven product strategy
Desirable Experience:
Background in FX, cross-border payments, or bank tech infrastructure
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles in financial technology
Familiarity with modern product management frameworks and tools
